This is what you didn't watched in that episode where Raven sais she was trapped in Mad Mod's gym. Raven in an exercise bike forced to keep a certain speed with a couple of dildos inside of her. If she lowers the speed electricity will run directly to her.

A man covered in gear and guns breaks into the room containing Raven. A guy in normal clothes following behind him runs to Raven. The man in gear walks up into the machine that's hooked up to the bike. He examines it, and brushes his hand over it.
ResponderEliminarThe guy: "Alright, be careful with that thing. Carefully open the front and-" the man punches into the machine and rips out a handful of cords that cut off power to everything hooked up to Raven, "Or hit 'f*ck it' and punch the damn thing, that works too apparently."
Mad Mod: "What Have You Done!?"
The man looks over to a camera.
The man: "So, they call you Mad Mod? That's a name that you use in places like 4chan or some furry image site. The last time you caught the Teen Titans, you put them all in a trance as a way to brainwash them, and sapped their powers as well save Robin." The man pulls out a blue grenade, "Well, now your illusions are useless." The grenade becomes armed and goes off in the man's hand to reveal that Raven's on a table in a holographic projection room, "Go secure your gal, I've got a red coat to catch." The guy picks up Raven and leaves the room out the way he came while the man draws a custom BR55 with a chainsaw blade over the front grip. "Hey Mad Mod... I want to play a game."
Mad Mod: "What kind of game?"
The man: "Who kills who first. I go through everything you can throw at me, and you see how far I go. If I beat everything, you lose and die. If one of your illusions gets the best of me, I lose and die. What do you say?"
Mad Mod: "... Let the games begin!....."
